After being part of a corporation counsel flying around the mid-west selecting new store sites and practicing real estate law in a small town, Attorney Mullen has found his true interests; Criminal Defense and Family Law. Attorney Mullen has won numerous OWI trials, including the "tougher cases"...those defendants having prohibited blood alcohol content levels of .24 and higher. Additionally he has experience with a variety of family law cases, from the simple quick divorce to complex family law litigation.

Attorney Mullen now spends most of his time managing the firm. He uses his M.B.A. along with extensive knowledge of everyday law firm operations to make sure attorneys with the firm provide quality representation. On top of his duties as the Managing Attorney of The Mullen Law Group, LLC, Attorney Mullen enjoys his involvement in politics and his family.

MATT KRISCHE - Criminal Defense Lawyer

Profile:

After graduating from Hamline Law School, Attorney Krische passed the Minnesota Bar Exam. He took a job reviewing contracts for The Mergis Group, a quality assurance company in the Twin Cities. However he wanted more. He wanted to practice criminal defense law in a courtroom trying cases . He then came back to his home in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, took and passed the Wisconsin bar exam and began his life-long goal of being a trial attorney. Since that time Attorney Krische has appeared in front of dozens of judges around North Western Wisconsin helping clients show the truth in what happened. He takes great pride in helping clients meet their goals and mitigating the damage, but when the State is unwilling to budge, he is not afraid to try the case.
